Welcome to Gyora ("we," "us," or "our"). Gyora is a beauty organizer application designed for users aged 18 and older. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using Gyora, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Age Requirement

Gyora is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete such information from our servers and terminate the associated account.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your chosen nickname and profile avatar image.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Content you create within the app, including look boards, beauty notes, voice memos, cover images, feedback submissions, and reports.
• Transaction Information: When you make in-app purchases, we collect transaction identifiers and purchase history. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we do not collect or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial payment information.
• Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support or submitting feedback or reports through the app.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and general diagnostic data.
• Usage Data: App interaction patterns, features accessed, session duration, and crash logs to improve app performance.

2.3 Information Collected Through Device Permissions

• Camera: Used to capture fresh makeup looks, vanity shelf snapshots, or profile photos. Camera access is requested only when you initiate a capture action.
• Photo Library: Used to select product swatches, look covers, or update your profile avatar from your saved images. Access is requested only when you choose to attach or select an image.
• Microphone: Used to record quick wear-test voice memos that can be attached to your look boards. Microphone access is requested only when you initiate a voice recording.
• Network: Used to load web content such as the User Agreement and Privacy Policy pages within the app.

All device permissions are optional. You may deny or revoke any permission at any time through your device Settings. Denying a permission will only limit the specific feature that requires it; all other app functionality will remain available.

3. In-App Purchases

Gyora offers in-app purchases ("IAP") that allow you to acquire virtual coins, which can be used to unlock premium content within the app. All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not have access to your payment method details. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Virtual coins are non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Gyora application and its features.

• To process in-app purchase transactions and maintain your virtual coin balance.
• To display and organize your user-generated content within the app.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Gyora allows users to create and share beauty-related content including look boards, images, notes, and voice memos. By submitting content to Gyora, you represent and warrant that your content complies with our Community Guidelines.

5.1 Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Gyora. Users who violate these guidelines may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or permanently terminated:

• Sexually Explicit or Pornographic Material: Any content that depicts, promotes, or solicits sexual acts, nudity, or sexually suggestive material is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to explicit images, videos, text descriptions, or links to such material.
• Disturbing, Graphic, or Violent Content: Content that is designed to shock, disgust, or cause emotional distress to viewers, including graphic violence, gore, mutilation, animal cruelty, or depictions of self-harm.
• Gambling and Betting: Any content that promotes, advertises, or facilitates gambling activities, online betting, casino games, sports wagering, or any form of games of chance involving real or virtual currency.
• Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances: Content that promotes, sells, distributes, or provides instructions for the use, manufacture, or acquisition of illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or prescription medications without authorization.
• Political Propaganda and Extremism: Content that promotes political agendas, political campaigns, political propaganda, extremist ideologies, or content designed to manipulate political opinions or incite political unrest.
• Discrimination and Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
• Harassment and Bullying: Content that targets, threatens, intimidates, or harasses specific individuals, including doxxing, stalking, or coordinated harassment campaigns.
• Terrorism and Violent Extremism: Content that promotes, supports, or glorifies terrorist organizations, violent extremist groups, or acts of terrorism.
• Fraud and Deception: Content that promotes scams, phishing, identity theft, counterfeit goods, pyramid schemes, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Misinformation: Deliberately false or misleading content that could cause harm to individuals or the public, including false health claims or dangerous beauty advice.

5.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any user-generated content that violates our Community Guidelines at our sole discretion. Users may report content they believe violates these guidelines using the in-app reporting feature. We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

5.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share on Gyora. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gyora and its operators from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your user-generated content.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the app, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
